Niklas Ahola
From the beginning of his career, Niklas Ahola knew that he wanted to be in real estate. As the product of a family of master networkers and entrepreneurs, Niklas felt at home in the fast-paced, relationship-focused industry. He found his passion in assisting people in one of the largest decisions and transactions they may have in their lifetime, and has excelled in creating a personable client-focused approach as part of his service.
Niklas’ start in real estate was as an intern during his time at Florida Gulf Coast University. He worked in the marketing department for a real estate brokerage, and quickly decided that he wanted to stay in the industry as an agent. Within a short time, he rose to a level of success and earned multiple awards, such as the Golden B.E.A.R Award, Engel & Völkers Passion Award, and membership in the Engel & Völkers Elite Advisor Club for his sales reaching over $5 million and $10 million annually in his first few years in the industry. His genuine approach to servicing his clients brings value and satisfaction to each relationship he builds in the industry.
As a young professional advisor, Niklas is extremely knowledgeable in what is happening in the Naples area from a cultural and entertainment standpoint, including where the latest and greatest restaurants and destinations can be found. He has an innate ability to connect with a wide-range of people, who he builds a foundation of trust with as they become clients. His focus and determination is on finding his clients the best home for their desires, or help them receive the best return on their investment. His main areas of focus are in the Naples and Bonita Springs area where he can assist clients who are looking for a new construction opportunity, vacation home, or investment property located in gated communities, golf course communities, beachfront communities, and luxury high-rise developments.
Niklas was captain of the men’s golf team at Florida Gulf Coast University, where he earned his degrees in Marketing and Business Management. He still enjoys playing golf, and also reading, traveling, and exploring local cultures and cuisines in his area, as well as other cities around the world. As someone who loves the lifestyle of Southwest Florida, Niklas spends much of his spare time outdoors enjoying the beautiful weather, going to the beach, and engaging in all types of water sports. He is originally from Gladstone, Michigan, but has called the Naples area home for over 10 years.
