Joshua Paulhus

Josh is originally from Sutton, Massachusetts. He attended Nichols College and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He moved to Naples in 2011 to pursue a career as a professional golfer. Shortly after his playing career finished he became the 1st assistant golf professional at Club Pelican Bay. Upon leaving the golf business Josh became an insurance advisor in Naples. After a few years in insurance it became clear that Josh wanted to be out networking and building relationships with people, which is what eventually led him to Compass.

Josh is known for his inviting personality and warmth towards other. He believes fostering relationships and treating people the right way can lead to success in any industry. While buying or selling real estate can be stressful, Josh also believes that it should be enjoyable, and he is committed to making the process as positive as possible.

Josh was married in December of 2018 and he and his wife have recently added a yellow lab to the family. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and friends, going to the beach, fishing, golfing or chasing his dog around the yard.
